To book please go to the check availability button on the home page or go to our campervans for hire page and pick a camper for your adventure.
To secure your dates we require a deposit of £250, then the final balance is due 6 weeks before hire. A security bond is needed before the camper leaves our premises, this will be taken as a pre- authorisation on a credit card or cash on the day of hire.
Our minimum hire is a 3-night package which includes insurance, cooking gas and roadside assistance.
Our pickup time is between 11am and 1pm we will contact you before your hire starts to confirm an exact time. The return time is 9.30am.
We have secure parking here, vehicles are left at owner’s risk.
For our insurance company to insure you the age limits are 25- 70 however it is still possible to insure you from 23- 75 however we will need more information please contact us before booking.
You must also have no more than 6 penalty points 2 x 3 points for minor offences.
If you have any convictions or accidents within the last 5 years please inform us straight away.
We thoroughly clean our campers with 99.9 % bacterial cleaner in-between hires, and we will be wearing a mask on you hire day, we ask that you do also and please respect social distancing.
If new restrictions come into place which prevent the pickup of the camper i.e Cheshire is in lockdown or England is in lockdown then we will honour a free date change or offer a voucher that will have no date limit.
It is rare but accidents do happen, please inform us straight away and we can work it out over the phone. You have paid a damage bond which is an excess to the insurance policy.
You MUST bring a copy of the below documents on the day of hire, we cannot allow the campervan to leave our premises until we have the correct documents:
1. A credit card – A security pre-authorization will be taken on the hire day, the camper cannot depart without this!
2. Your Driver’s License Card & if an extra driver is requested theirs too.
3. Your DVLA License summary off the DVLA website http://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence & if an extra driver is requested theirs too.
4. 2 x recent utility bills (Must be issued 90 days before the start of the hire),
(Mobile phone bill is not allowed). Government/Official mail or credit card/bank/mortgage statements may be accepted. These must show the name and address of the driver and be within the 90 days- If the extra driver is booked, we also need 2nd document copies in their name.
A 30 mins detailed handover will be provided on the day of hire, which will explain how to use the campervan properly, there will also be an instructional manual provided while you are away.
We no longer allow European travel due to Brexit and Covid, only travel within the UK is permitted.
Yes, we can sometimes arrange this but please let us know well in advance as we are an appointment only service.
We provide in our campervan:
- A fridge freezer
- 2 ring gas cooker
- a sink with running water
- a cleaning product and brush for cleaning before returning the camper
- 2 doubles beds
- a gas kettle
- levelling blocks
- 2 internal tables
- A hook up cable for power in the campsite
- A leisure battery
- A smoke detector
- A carbon monoxide detector
- Cooking gas
- A splatter guard for frying
- Roadside assistance
Please bring:
- Plates, cups, knives, forks, pots and pans and any cooking equipment you would normally take on a camping trip (due to Covid we have suspended us providing these items)
- 2 mattress protectors
- Your own bedding

We hired Mary Jayne for a week in September. The Wander Beyond team were very professional and made sure the van was prepared to a high standard. The team took the time to explain the working of the van. Unfortunately one of the gas hobs were not working but luckily we took our own camping stove with us. Wander Beyond are exactly as advertised. All in all a good experience was had.

Hired Mary Jane from Cameron, a genuinely nice man, and she came extremely well equipped as standard, easy to hook up and set up, all explained expertly by Cameron. She drives really well and returns good fuel economy at a steady 65mph. Thoroughly recommend Wander Beyond.

We have just returned from a fab trip to the lakes in Mary Jane. It was our first camper van experience and we loved it!
All communication with Cameron leading up to the hire was good, he responded the same day to my queries.
After thoroughly cleaning Mary Jane, my damage bond deposit was returned the very next day.
It’s so good that dogs are allowed as we were able to take our whippet on his first camper experience too 🙂 he also loved it and can’t wait to go again!!!
